By creating an account, purchasing credits, or using the Diskwala Downloader API, you agree to these terms.
Purchased request credits never expire. They reduce only based on usage. Multiple purchases stack seamlessly onto your balance. Credits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
You agree not to misuse the API, resell access without authorization, reverse engineer the service, or use it for illegal activity. Abuse may result in suspension.
Keep your API key and secret secure. You are responsible for all activity under your key. Regenerate credentials immediately if compromised.
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Credit consumption only occurs on successful extractions.
Diskwala API is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
